Letter Writing
Today Year 3 sent letters to a local care home whose residents were feeling a little lonely. All of the children drew a picture and sent a brief message to make our elderly neighbours smile !

A simple picture of something such as the seaside, a bunch of flowers or the countryside would be so lovely for the elderly folk to receive and I hope we manage to brighten their day a little.
